In summary of the policy below, we do not through the app, intentionally collect or retain personal information about our customers above and beyond: the user's chosen username (which should not be a real world name) that is used to compile global high score table, as well as allow mission scenario sharing under; and that which is collected by the 3rd party companies mentioned hereafter, that make the app possible. The app does not itself request personal information from the users. We believe in maximizing and protecting the privacy of our users.

Special Circumstances International built the UFO Enemy Known app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Special Circumstances International at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. High Score Table Data and In-Game Mission Sharing

We allow users to choose a username for the purposes of displaying global high scores to other users of the game. We request that users not choose names which might identify them in the real world. Alongside the username we record various statistics from the game about the player, primarily the player's current rank. It is also possible to submit missions users have discovered or created in the game under their username.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we may collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
